Overview

DOXA Talent is a global, ethical outsourcing company with teams across the Philippines, Colombia, and the United States. As a rapidly scaling remote-first organization serving mid-market clients, DOXA is committed to empowering its workforce with modern skills, operational excellence, and the ability to leverage AI to deliver world-class results.

The Challenge

By early 2024, DOXA recognized that artificial intelligence was evolving too quickly for traditional training models to keep up. The company had already formed an internal AI Committee to explore opportunities, risks, and best practices, but they faced several challenges.

The AI landscape was noisy and fragmented, with countless tools, gimmicks, and "prompt packs" that didn't provide real capability. Academic programs were too theoretical and not aligned with the pace of real-world business needs. DOXA needed a dynamic, practical, and continuously evolving training partner to keep their global workforce future-ready and client-ready.

As CEO David Nilssen put it: "We don't believe AI will take everyone's jobs, but we do believe it will take the jobs of people who don't embrace it."

DOXA needed a pragmatic, modern learning system that helped its people adopt AI with confidence.

Why DOXA Chose the AI Officer Institute

After reviewing multiple options, from low-value "prompt sellers" to rigid academic programs, DOXA selected us as their training partner.

We provided the blend that DOXA needed: theory combined with practical application, taught in real time. Our live micro-trainings fit into a fast-moving business, and workshops inside each lesson meant employees could learn and implement immediately. Most importantly, our dynamic approach evolves weekly with the pace of AI innovation.

DOXA found we were the only solution that matched their remote-first workforce model, their need for regularly updated relevant content, and their desire for hands-on AI adoption rather than theoretical learning.

The Program: AI Essentials (8 Weeks)

DOXA enrolled over 200 employees across multiple functions and geographies into our AI Essentials program.

We delivered the program live, with all sessions recorded and added to DOXA's LMS. Each session was designed as a 60-minute micro-training with a practical workshop built in. We lightly customized the curriculum to DOXA's tech stack, including Co-Pilot, Office, Teams, and their internal recruiting systems.

The results spoke for themselves: 70% of participants completed all eight weeks live, with remaining participants consuming lessons asynchronously through their LMS. We saw the highest engagement from sales, marketing, business development, and recruiting teams.

Early Wins and Measurable Impact

The training generated immediate, high-value improvements across DOXA's business.

Front-End Sales & Marketing

Teams built an internal system to determine ICP fit automatically, launched dynamic outreach campaigns personalized by industry and persona, developed a real-time scoring mechanism for messaging relevance and timing, and began leveraging news-driven content to drive higher open and engagement rates.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

Teams built internal AI tools to predict best-fit candidates for specific roles, dramatically reduced the time required to screen, match, and shortlist applicants, and improved both speed-to-fill and accuracy of candidate placements.

Cultural Transformation

The program sparked company-wide momentum: a peer-to-peer AI Community for shared wins, failures, and experiments; formal AI policies to ensure safe, ethical experimentation; an AI Committee to oversee governance and innovation; Innovation Awards to encourage experiments, prototypes, and bold ideas; and the beginning of internal development of AI agents to support DOXA employees and clients.

Quantitative Impact

Employees rated the program with a Net Promoter Score of 72, considered world-class for L&D programs. This reinforced that the investment not only improved skills but also strengthened excitement, engagement, and confidence across the organization.

Why This Training Worked

DOXA credits three factors for the program's success.

First, real-time relevance

The program kept pace with a rapidly shifting AI landscape, something traditional curriculum cannot do.

Second, hands-on learning

Micro-workshops ensured employees learned and applied new skills immediately.

Third, community-driven growth

Our approach made AI feel accessible and actionable, which inspired DOXA employees to build momentum together.

Looking Ahead

Based on the success of the first cohort, DOXA plans to continue enrolling employees in future AI Essentials cohorts, expand into AI Specialist and AI Officer certifications, build more internal agents and automation for client delivery, strengthen their AI community, experiments, and governance, and partner long-term with us for ongoing workforce development.

"The AI Officer Institute helped us cut through the noise and focus on what mattered. Their mix of theory, hands-on training, and dynamic content made AI real for our people. The excitement, the community momentum, and the early wins have been incredible."
