Blueprint and Roadmap
A working session with your CAIO covering the three-layer company model and Agent Org Chart applied to your business. Concept selection, scope lock, success criteria. Engineer pairing and Mac Mini environment setup.
Build Day
Hands-on build. Website, agents, data plumbing, integrations. Goal is a working prototype on real data by end of day.
Production and Handoff (3-day) or Core Software (5-day)
On the 3-day, polish, harden, deploy to production, configure the Mac Mini with accounts, dashboards, sync, API keys, and distribute the 40 human tokens. On the 5-day, vibe-code the spine: website, primary flow, data model, plus the first agent on real data.
Polish and Harden (5-day only)
Bug fixes, edge cases, error handling, performance, security. Deploy to production infrastructure. Mac Mini configuration.
Launch and Handoff (5-day only)

Teams stay at the AIO-pad in Lumiere Riverside, in the Thao Dien neighborhood of Saigon. Two apartments, riverside views, a 50-metre pool, and a Kia luxury van with driver. Twenty minutes from District 1, ten from cafes and food.

Can my team really build something production-ready in 3 to 5 days?+
Yes, with proper scope-lock on Day 01 and a dedicated engineer to remove blockers. Most teams ship a working production system on real infrastructure by the last day.
What if my idea is more complex than 5 days allows?+
The 5-day scope is sized for an MVP. Larger builds use the included 40 human tokens after. If you need more, the $2,000/month retainer keeps the same team on it.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. Founders bring business context and decisions. The dedicated engineer handles the build and deployment.
What is a human token?+
Roughly one hour of work from our team: copy, configuration, debugging, integrations. The dashboard meters Claude tokens and human tokens side-by-side.
Is there a max team size?+
No hard cap. Base covers 3. Each additional teammate is $1,500 (3-day) or $2,500 (5-day). The AIO-pad sleeps 6; larger teams use additional neighborhood apartments at our cost.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Full refund up to 30 days before your start date. Inside 30 days, you can reschedule once to another date within 6 months at no charge.
