How AIOLabz Coaching Works
What happens from the moment a community member signs up, through the 15-minute coaching slot, to the finished coaching page that goes out in Monday’s email. Three modes in the room, four handoffs after it, one definition of done.
A community member signs up
The Monday email invites the community to the next session. A member signs up and chooses how they want to show up.
Bring a problem
They describe what they are stuck on. Each topic gets a slot of up to 15 minutes in the session.
Join to watch and ask
No topic needed. They sit in, learn from the other cases, and ask questions along the way.
Understand the problem, then pick a mode
The coach starts by understanding the problem. How much the coach steps in depends on whether the member can get there themselves.
Ask questions until the member sees the problem clearly, then help them solve it themselves.
Show examples. Open Claude and work it live, or open a browser and walk through Vercel or Supabase.
Tell them exactly what to do. Reserved for when coaching and mentoring will not get them there in time.
Upload what was made
Any files generated during the session (workflows, wireframes, prompts, plans) go into the coaching folder so they can be published on this library.
Pull the Zoom transcript, draft the summary page
The app connects to Zoom, grabs the recording transcript, and creates the coaching page: a recap of each topic, what mode the coach used, and what the member walked away with.
Edit the recording
The app posts the video link to the video channel in Lark so Ethan knows there is a session to edit. He uploads the edited video into the AIOLabz admin, which attaches it to the coaching page.
Attach the resources
Links the member should follow up with. Two kinds:
- Files from the session: the workflow, the wireframe, anything else uploaded in step 2.
- Classes to take next:for example “take Agentic 1, then Agentic 3, and potentially 4.”
A coaching page, emailed the following Monday
The session is done when there is a finished coaching page with the recap, the edited video, and the resources. That page goes into Monday’s personalized email alongside the invitation to sign up for the next session, and the loop starts again.
