What is a human token

One token, one hour

A human token is roughly one hour of work from our team. Same unit metaphor as Claude tokens, but for humans, AI engineers and operators based in Saigon, working on your stack. The dashboard shows both side-by-side: Claude tokens consumed, human tokens consumed.

Tokens are estimated before the work starts. If a request takes longer than estimated, we tell you before the tokens spend. No surprise overruns.

What exactly is a human token?

One human token is roughly one hour of work from our team. Same unit metaphor as Claude tokens, just for humans. The dashboard shows both side-by-side so you always know what you've consumed.

Who is on the team?

Saigon-based AI engineers and operators who already work alongside Dave on the Infinite Leverage public retreats and private retreats. The same team that ships during a private retreat is the team that handles your tokens after.

What if I don't use my 40 tokens in a month?

Tokens roll over for one month. So if you skip a month, the next month you start with 80. After two months unused, the rolled balance resets. Use them or move them.

What if I run out before the month is up?

Top-up packs (40, 80, or 120 extra tokens) will be available as a separate product soon. In the interim, email hello@ai-officer.com and we'll set you up manually.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The subscription cancels at the end of the current billing month. Any remaining tokens for that month are still yours to spend.

Do I need to have done a private retreat first?

No. Most subscribers come from a private retreat because they want to keep building, but anyone can subscribe. If you're new, the first month includes a 30-minute scoping call so we know what you're working on before tokens get burned.

What kinds of work do tokens cover?

Anything a senior AI engineer or operator would do: building, debugging, polishing, operating, iterating, migrating. Strategic work like a CAIO roadmap session is separate (those happen at private retreats or as standalone engagements).
