Common Questions

Why two seats per company minimum?
The 3-day sprint moves fast. Two people in the pod, one driving on the AI side and one driving on the business side, means you walk out with twice as much shipped. Founders who attended solo in past cohorts told us they wish they had brought someone, so we made it the default.
Who should the second seat go to?
Your most tech-forward team member. That might be your head of ops, your COO, a marketing lead who likes tools, or the team member who has already been playing with ChatGPT and Claude on their own. You want someone who can keep the build going after the retreat ends.
Can I bring a third person?
Yes. Add the A$3,000 third team member add-on at checkout. They get full event access and join your pod. Counts against the cohort cap of 30.
What if my idea isn't fully formed?
That's expected. Day 01 covers foundations and Day 03 walks the define-discover-design-decide-deploy exercise. You only need a working hypothesis and a willingness to ship. Your engineer and faculty will help you sharpen the angle.
What if we can't make all 3 days?
Full attendance across the programme is required. The cohort moves as a unit and the AI engineers are scheduled in pods. Partial attendance breaks the structure for the rest of your pod, so we ask you to block out the full window from Thursday 2 PM to Saturday 4 PM.
How is this different from an accelerator or course?
It is not a workshop and not a course. It is a residential build sprint. You are not learning frameworks; you are shipping a working business in 3 days with engineers building alongside you. You leave with a live marketing site, CRM, nurture sequence, and an AI program plan running on your real data.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before the event. After that, your seats become non-refundable but are transferable to another founder team you nominate.
What about a Mac mini?
The Sydney cohort is a build sprint, not the full residential Mac-mini retreat. If you want a brand-new Mac mini configured with the full eight-agent team and ready on arrival, that is on offer in our Saigon and Seattle cohorts. See all cohorts for the comparison.
I'm in Melbourne, should I go to the Sydney cohort?
Either works. The Melbourne cohort runs Aug 24 to 26 and the Sydney cohort runs Aug 27 to 29. We stagger them so an Australian operator can pick whichever city fits the calendar. The content is identical.
