A private retreat means private people. Dave runs the CAIO roadmap session at the start. A dedicated engineer is paired with your team for the full duration. The same Saigon-based team handles your post-retreat human tokens.

Can my team really build something production-ready in 3 to 5 days?
With the right scope, yes. Day 01 locks the scope to what is buildable in the time available. Your engineer is dedicated to your team for the full duration, and the Mac mini, environment, and CAIO roadmap session are set up to remove every blocker except the work itself.
What if my idea is more complex than 5 days allows?
Pick the 5-day program and we will scope an MVP that ships in week one, with the remaining work mapped onto the 40 human tokens you take home. If the build is bigger than that, the $2,000 per month continuation is the right next step.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The whole point is that your engineer handles the build. You bring the business context, the customer knowledge, and the decisions. They handle the integrations, prompts, deployment, and infrastructure.
What happens after the 40 human tokens?
If you want to keep going, the continuation is $2,000 per month for another 40 tokens. We meter Claude tokens and human tokens on a shared dashboard so you always know what you have left. Run out and want more in the same month? Top-up packs are coming soon.
What is a human token?
One human token is roughly one hour of work from our team. It can be writing copy, configuring a tool, debugging an agent, building an integration, or any other task that needs a human in the loop. Same unit metaphor as Claude tokens, just for humans.
Is there a max team size?
No. The base price covers a team of 3, and each additional teammate is $1,500 (3-day) or $2,500 (5-day). The AIO-pad sleeps up to 6 across two units; for larger teams we have access to additional apartments in the same neighborhood.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before your start date. Inside 30 days, the booking can be rescheduled to another date in the next 6 months at no charge.

Saigon is where the AI Officer Institute team is based, where the engineering capacity lives, and where we host the AIO-pad. It is a flight away from most major Asia-Pacific hubs, the food and hospitality are world class, and the team can give you a full week of attention.
